[00:00:00] Speaker A: Welcome to Spanish Janice. I'm Janice Burt. And today we're diving into conversations that inspire growth, connection and confidence. You're watching now Media Television.
[00:00:10] Speaker B: Welcome mis amigos to Spanish Janice, the show where we bring real conversations to life. Conversations about growth, identity, leadership, becoming the best you possible.
I am your host, Janice Burt. And today we are joined by an extraordinary woman.
Her journey spans continents, cultures, reinvention. Jackie Woo is an award winning business growth strategist. She is a keynote speaker. She arrived to the United States States as a war refugee and she is just, she brings all of this resilience and grit with her. She helps professionals and entrepreneurs to connect with others, to be able to speak their true voice with others. And a lot of times the noise of the world gets in the way and it gets so loud that we forget who we are, we forget our own voice.
And Jackie, first of all, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for being here, for showing up and for giving your wisdom to us today. I appreciate you.
[00:01:26] Speaker C: Thank you Janice, so much for the kind invitation. It is honors to be here and
[00:01:32] Speaker B: I just want to know, I know you've had such an incredible background story.
There's not many people that I talk to who are or have been war refugees who have had to come to another country, had to create a new life here in a culture, in a country that they didn't know much about, maybe didn't speak the language at the time.
So before we dive into where you're at now, which is all of these incredible things, take us back to how that felt for you to have all those changes going on to coming to a new country.
What were you thinking? What were you feeling? Take us back there.
[00:02:20] Speaker C: Yeah. Thank you so much, Janet. That is very interesting question.
I still remember vividly this day the last moment that my family and I tried to run away from the communist regime of Vietnam, try to hang on to our last mile, get onto the Hong Kong airplane. And only when that it actually arrives to Hong Kong, then my mom, my dad and us can take a deep breath and say that now we are not being chased, to kill, to be killed to be precise. And when that we arrive to America is a wonderful feeling that finally we can have a second chance to leave just as normal human being, not being persecuted because we are Chinese, live in a Vietnamese society, communist society, and where he people have more of the equal rights. If we believe that if we work hard and we work smart, we be able to achieve the goal we want.
And so to this day when I talk with you right now, I still have a feeling of gratefulness to have a second chance. And within me, there's a feeling to tell me that, don't worry, good karma will always go around.
So there's nothing to be fearful of. Life. It's a beautiful journey ahead of us, so have fun and enjoy every moment of it.
[00:03:58] Speaker B: And that's one of the things that I just love about you. Even our producer here said, you know, you just have an amazing energy about you, a light and a joy about you.
How does one cultivate that in their own life, that type of perspective, mindset? Instead of focusing on the negative, focusing on the positive, being grateful.
What have you done? And what would you say to somebody else who struggles in that area?
[00:04:33] Speaker C: Yes.
Now that if I were to look back at my former Jackie I, in my childhood.
Connection, that is not good.
Dang.
[00:05:04] Speaker B: I. Oh, Jackie.
Yeah, we lost connection.
So we're. Let me see one minute here.
If she can start with.
She lost it right when she said back in my younger life.
Do you remember what you were saying right then when you said back in my younger.
[00:05:31] Speaker C: Yeah. Okay. You want me to continue?
[00:05:35] Speaker B: Yes, if you start right with that. Because we lost connection right there.
[00:05:40] Speaker C: Right. Okay. So back in my younger life, the former Jackie, in my childhood and even in my early adult, under the circumstance that I was in very severe communist regime persecution because of the background of family history that I have as a Chinese grew up in Vietnamese country.
So I was a very sad, timid and passionate person.
And that brought me to America with that same fear, same pessimistic, for a long time. And only after I arrived here, about 10 years into the anniversary of coming to this country and my family have a family reunion, and I came to realize this is not okay because we finally escaped the war zone escape, have the very harsh regime come here to have a better second life. But if I keep having to live paycheck by paycheck and not be able to advance in the richest country in the world, something is not okay. And so that's the reason why I reach out to different mentors, coaches, and they help me by shedding the light on how this culture here, Western culture, American culture, work.
And with their help, I start to shift my perspective. I see things differently. I become fearless in the journey, and I become more appreciative of my authenticity, not be a face of raising my voice and say what is right and pursue the joy. And so that's why I believe in the concept of having mental coaching, sharing the knowledge, the inside with the world. And that's why I so appreciate this Janice of your show that you help the audience and beyond to learn what others have went through so they don't have to reinvent the wheel and have to go through the burnout or the setbacks.
[00:07:58] Speaker B: And what are some of the things that your mentors told you specifically? Do you remember? Were there any tools or techniques?
What, what were some of those things?
[00:08:12] Speaker C: Definitely one thing that vividly comes to mind for me, I've been very fortunate. I have various different mentor and one of my mentor come from Johnson and Johnson as a accounting financial analyst. The other one come from job Lockheed Martin. So they guide me in a sense of the mindset of what needs to be focused. One of my mentor, he told me, he said Jackie, I know that in the way that I was raised back in Vietnam and in the Asian culture, let's say that if I met the stranger the first time, the way that usually go is I would be very cordial and friendly. But trust there would not be a trust because in the culture it means that the person had to prove villain himself herself first trustworthy. Before I give the person that trust and my mentor guide me and say Jackie, life does not have to be that way. If you met the person the first time and the person have not done anything to harm you, perhaps it would be wiser of you to give the person the trust knowing that good karma will go around.
But in the same the same token, you don't have to give them your life away. You share what that is necessary. And with time, if they become more trustworthy, then you will welcome them more into your life.
And I think that's wisdom really change my perspective. And from that point forward, I don't afraid that I can open up to people share my story and they see how life go. And that really have opened so many doors for me. Because when I see people, I just be myself. I just tell them what that my life had been. And if it resonates, perfect. If it not resonate, that's okay. Life is a box of chocolate. We don't have to be enjoying oneself flavor. And that make my life changing really 180 degrees.
[00:10:24] Speaker B: Ah, that is so good. Yes. Life is like a box of chocolates.
And it sounds to me about the you're either putting up walls or you're tearing down walls. And you decided to bring down those walls that were kind of for protection mode.
And I really like that advice.
I also believe the more we trust ourselves, the easier it is for us to Trust other people and like you said, let them prove one way or another. But we start out with this empty slate and to wrap up this first episode, I want to ask you a little bit about that inner voice.
When we have this intuition or inner voice where we know the path that we want to be on but other people tell us something different or there's some expectations of us. How have you dealt with being able to listen to your own inner voice and tune out the other voices?
[00:11:34] Speaker C: Interesting question is take a journey to get the AGNs. I think that at the beginning because I was not successful in my goal, even that my intuition told me this is what it think.
I pretty much say, well let's see how it go because you have failed so many times and I don't want to continue failing. So I kind of like he it but follow it. No. And then until later on when I met my mentor, my coaches and my dear friend who has advanced so much more than me in the area I want and they share their wisdom and now I try out what they guide me and is successful, then my intuition start to come up and at that time I already have successful of the achievement when it talk to me I'm like okay, now it makes more sense because not only my intuition tell me what I want, what I think I want, but is actually coupled with the real life success successful. So I myself allow it to flourish and that's how it view me today.
[00:12:47] Speaker B: Very well stated, Jackie.
And I cannot wait for this next segment with you because we're going to talk about the topic that has been getting you a bunch of speaking gigs and has people knocking down your door to come and speak to their companies and organizations. So everybody stay tuned and we will be right back.

And Jackie, please tell us about this amazing Topic that you have successfully brought into many companies, businesses, organizations where you talk about one conversation to yes, how do we do it? Tell us about it.
[00:14:39] Speaker C: Thank you Janice so very much. That's a very interesting question.
The one conversation to yes, the fastest ways to land your highest value opportunity is a formula, a communication, a sell call, quick turnaround strategy. What it means is in any conversation we have either to close the deal fastest in just one conversation without the lengthy follow up, the lengthy email communication, so many touch points. Or if a professional would like to get a yes from their boss or from the other person to collaborate. Here is the formula. The formula that I call is FAQ formula two slide frequent asked questions that you go on to any website that you see.
The FAQ stands for F is find your ideal client or the ideal person that can help you or collaborate with you to get your goal.
A is assess their qualification before you spend the time to actually talk with them about what you offer or what would you like the goal, the initiative you'd like to work, you need to access the particular person.
Are they the one that actually share your vision? Do they have the need of what you want right now? That's the first thing.
The second thing is you need to also decide is the person the right decision maker for you to talk to them at this time? Because if that's the right decision, you do the right thing, you'll be able to get your yes in just one conversation without the lengthy follow up and a lot of touch points. The last one is if you are a business owner, entrepreneur or the professional to generate revenue, then you need to ask yourself the person you're buying to come in contact. Do they have the budget or the fund to pay for or to engage for what you offer, Whether it's your coaching program, your mentoring program or whichever the feature that you would like to promote. And when that you done web A with assess the qualification, then now you can go into the queue which is the quick sales clone.
The queue step mean that you are going to take what they just told you, what the need that they need to fulfill, what is the budget or what the exchange that they're willing to give it to you and what they can decide now put all of them together, make a quick proportion on the spot with them.
You see most of us when we have a problem we need to solve, let's say that if we have a pain, tooth decay, we want to go to the dentist, can solve that problem as soon, as soon as possible, not have to go 3, 5 times with them. By using the FAQ formula, you can qualify the person before you talk to them, know what they need and what is the exchange. They're willing to work with you. Then once you do the quick sell close, you consolidate everything. You customize it based on your offer.
When you give it out, you literally give them an offer they cannot refuse. And that's how you close the deal in just one conversation. And that how you get you land your highest value in on the spot. And I say that because I use a very stem one. I literally can close a deal in Tiffany Louis vuitton for over $225,000 in under 30 minutes for the client I met the first time. So good luck and have fun with the formula.
[00:18:43] Speaker B: That is amazing. So it sounds to me like there's some prep work involved. So on the front end and actually this is, I mean it seems logical, but maybe a lot of us don't do that part so well, which is really on the front end pretty preparing, researching, figuring out, you know, what is the problem that I'm solving. Who is the person I'm supposed to ask that can actually make the decision.
So that's really, really good advice to go in and prep on the front end so that then when you have that conversation, you're ready to go, you've already done the research and you kind of know you're asking the right person and, and all of that. So do you have a.
I love the, the Louis Vuitton story.
Talk to us a little more in depth about how you used each of the FAQ in that one story.
[00:19:48] Speaker C: Yeah, definitely. So that one was one of my very, very first client when I worked with Tiffany Louis Vuitton and the store that I, I work as, you know, like a blue box, the Tiffany Engage.
[00:20:01] Speaker B: Oh, I know Jackie and company.
[00:20:04] Speaker C: So.
And then in, in Tiffany they have a saying, right? Any of the jewelry over 100k of value we call is high jewelry, right. For example, if someone get into the store, they would like to get an engagement ring, right? Usually about 5 to 10,000 probably would be able to take the, we call them the client advisor. Like a front end of the high end salesperson. Usually about 5 to 10k, they'd be able to get that particular transaction done in one or two conversations, right. When it's go up to about 25k, it may take them several months to get that done because they may have to find the right diamond, they have to find the right cut, the right color and then have to design the ring for them. When it go up to 50k of the ring, it may take one year or more. But when it go over 100k is a high jewelry. Now we really have to fight for the right color of the diamond, what country they come from, what's the design. And then we engage entire craftsmanship team. And so I still remember vividly on also on the holiday season like this time, a client coming in and he said that oh, okay, I would like to get a ring for not the first engagement ring, but the second anniversary ring. And the budget is about $160,000.
Now you can imagine.
When the store, the store manager, the director of sale, the regional sales manager national involved because in their minds anything over 100k take months to get that close, right? But I remind them, I say remember before I actually work sign up with a contract with you, I say that the sale process I will try myself first. If it not work, then I may use your step. So please allow me to close this deal my way first.
So they say yes. So I have a conversation to talk with the person and I use the same FAQ formula because see the breakdown of it. Because he came to the store, of course he already wants the jewelry. Usually people don't that certain high end, quite, quite expensive store just for window shopping. Right? So the app buy your own ideal clients already there. Now get into the a access net qualification. Is he the decision maker? Right. Does he have the need for the jewelry and also does he have the budget for it?
So when I talk to him, I come to realize, yes, he would like to get a ring as soon as possible. And during that time we still under the shelter in place and need to travel to China. And in China, when he travel back, he will need to stay at the hospital for 30 days before they release him. So the sooner that we do, the better for him to meet the second anniversary ring. Right. So that is a good one. And is he the decision maker? Absolutely, he is the one that will fund it. Does he have the budget? Yes. And I find out he actually had the budget way more than 160k. So at the time when I talked to him, I literally talked him into getting a ring for over $500,000 and he agreed with it in under 30 minutes. But our store does not have the gym at that time because of the pandemic thing is more cruncher. So instead of $500,000, now he's okay to go with a $225,000 ring. And that's how I close that deal in under 30 minutes.
[00:23:46] Speaker B: Let's go. Jackie, that is amazing.
Oh, my goodness. And just to.
To have kind of that clarity of mind to see what you're dealing with and then be able to adjust accordingly, I think is just so amazing.
We're going to take a short break, but when we come back, I want to dive into the topic of fear because I know, at least in my own life, fear has debilitated me at times. It's paralyzed me. I know many people deal with fear.
And so I want to hear your take on facing fear, dealing with fear, what you've done in your own life. So everybody, don't go anywhere. We will be right back.
[00:24:36] Speaker A: We'll be right back with more insight, inspiration, and real conversations. This is Spanish Janice on NOW Media Television. And we're back. I'm Janice Burt, and you're watching Spanish Janice. Let's keep growing together, my friends.
[00:24:54] Speaker B: Welcome back to Spanish Janice. We are continuing our such amazing conversation with Jackie Wu. We're going to dive into one of the most common, common barriers to our own growth, which is fear.
And there's this fear that appears when there's this opportunity that we see and then maybe we feel some stuck stuckness within ourselves about moving forward.
So, Jackie, let's talk a little bit about how fear has shown up in your life and then how you have learned how to wrestle with and deal with fear.
[00:25:34] Speaker C: Yeah. Thank you, Janice. That is very important question.
For me, fear come in several stage.
When I thought transformation become who I am today, fear was constant. I fear of what if I try? Is it fail? Well, what if I go in north and it's supposed to be sound. Now I go west, but the right direction is west. And then it's just like, well, what if I'm not good enough? What if I do it and then it's not what people like me the thing that work. So that's the part back then. And then after that, I got the guidance from my mentor and coaches. And then one thing that they really guide me is there is nothing to be fearful of. Anything in life, including failure, is not a failure. If we see that as a learning experience experience.
And also the other thing, I think that what helped me this day become pretty much not be fearful and worry about things because I know that whatever I put my heart and soul to do it, I do the best that I can. The best that is all that I can give. So if they alive with me on that one, wonderful, let's enjoy life together. If not, then we just put tough and no Quentin, there Is no need to be afraid of it. I hope that makes sense.
[00:26:56] Speaker B: It totally makes sense. And tell us a story about a time where you felt that fear. And I don't know where you feel fear. If it's like in your stomach, if your heart starts racing, sometimes our throats can kind of close up. We can feel it in different areas of our body. But is there a specific story about feeling the fear in your body and yet doing the thing? Anyway, what's that story?
[00:27:28] Speaker C: Yes, yes. Just recently, very recently, Janet, as you and I talk, you know, like about last month I got the invitation to share the stage with the legendary Hall Fam speaker Patricia Flip in the National Speaker Association Northwest. So I got the chance to be on stage and share about my journey.
How did I get here? And one of the elements I would like in that particular stage is to show the new and emerging speaker that they don't have to spend years trial and error in order to get the speaker speaking opportunity.
And before I prepare for that, then I actually came in a little bit and he told me say Jackie, listen, Who do you think of the National Speaker Association?
And not only that, you go out there and you share your story that you can get over 34 speaking engagement in less than eight months. As a new and emerging speaker who would listen to your story? You're not famous, you're next to the world most famous. One of the most famous speaker that's on my left side of my shoulder tell me that. But on my right side who tell me say Jackie, listen, if you go out there you just share your story with the hope to inspire by others so they're not be fearful. They see the possibility if they like resonate with you, perfect, you'll be in the circle cheer each other on. But they are not. So what it didn't move on. The good thing is you have good spirit, you want to share with people.
And because of that, with all the fear finally subside, I literally only have 10 minutes for my Uber from my hotel to the speaking place. 10 minutes to prepare a 10 minute speech. And that that much fear that overcome me. And when I just go out there on the stage for the National speaker association and share my speech, I these days still cannot believe how much of the support the over applaud and how much of the fellow speaker in the chapter nationally has come to me and say Jackie, I still cannot believe that you give your debut speech in this March and only eight months later you get over 34 speaking engagement. On average it takes people more than A few years to get just one or two at the new one.
So I have that now when I look back, if any few come to me, I tell myself, just go out there and share my story. We can hope to help the world better place for all. If they resonate, perfect, let's enjoy life. If not, move on next.
[00:30:34] Speaker B: And that is so inspiring because I have to imagine that getting those 34 speeches, there's the research part of it, the prep work and reaching out, making it a topic that people are really interested in and all of that.
But I think the reason why it takes a lot of us so long to really get out there is fear. I really think there are these blocks because if you do ABC 1, 2, 3, you know, and you have a good topic and you solve a problem for people, you're probably going to get some speaking slots in there. But so many of us don't send the email, don't reach out.
So what was your process like in getting those 34 gigs? What did you do? Tell us your secret.
[00:31:30] Speaker C: Thank you so much. And it really is a secret. And I share it because I remember after that my spotlight speech in recent November with the hall of Fame. And we have several other hall of Fame speakers also come in. You know that Brian Water, he not only the hall of Famer, but. But he is the one just won this year's Cabot Award, the highest award there is for the National speaker association and then also the honor of hall of Fame speaker Bill Stanton. And he also come to me. He actually is the 29th.
He listened to my speech. He come to me and say, Jackie, I have heard many cell conversion and motivation speech in my life, but your FAQ formula is so simple. It's so to the point.
And I, I just, I just encourage you to spread the word more out.
Conversation.
How for me, Janice, that's for your question. The process I still use this day, right. And I now I've been very fortunate. Now that I get more opportunity. Let's say that currently I am in the game committee for the 2026 Super bowl and the World Villa Club. There's so many opportunities come in, right. I will also hold the cheer mixer for it and many other speaking opportunity. What has come to me the process I would do it.
When I look at the invitation and it seemed like so overwhelming. I'm like, this is you. You never do it before Jackie. Then I will tell myself, well, calm down. Life is full of joy. Go out there, experience it to share your story. Story.
And then when some people like it come to you and want to talk about it, then let's have some conversation. But if not, that's his line, move on, don't have to worry. One thing I know for sure, before I actually accept any of the invitation, I need to know that I really like it. Like when I go onto the networking, many of the event planner that I met with, I didn't know them before I saw them. The first time I talk with them, I close the deal in just one conversation and five minutes later, even they don't have a stage. They will create a stage for me to bring me in to share one conversation to. Yes. And when I'm in front of the audience, talk is so compelling, so captivating. The audience want me to come back. And now I get invited to another one. That's why that the number of 34 and it's actually now it's over 50, growing so very fast. I hope it makes sense.
[00:34:41] Speaker B: That is so amazing. I love and I will go back to, you know, talent is one thing, but attitude and presence and showing up with a smile and just the way that you show up in life, I feel like has a lot to do with the success and getting all of those speeches and getting referrals because that says more than anything that you're delivering something that people want to hear.
So because this is such a
[00:35:20] Speaker C: block
[00:35:21] Speaker B: to a lot of people, this fear of putting themselves out there, of fear of rejection, fear of people laughing at them, of criticizing them of not being good enough.
As we wrap up this last segment, talk to that person. That person that is has this vision of something they want to do and they feel called to it, they really want it, but they feel trapped in that place of fear. What do you want to say to that person right now?
[00:35:56] Speaker C: I would tell them.
We all do it anyway.
If you don't try now, how would you ever know how grace you are capable of? So have fun.
[00:36:13] Speaker B: So have fun.
Do it anyway.
Life is too short, I think in our minds sometimes we feel like we have eternity to get some things done and we actually have a limited time.
So thank you for those words of wisdom. Jackie, you are amazing. Stay with us everybody for our last and final segment with Jackie Woo. We'll be right back.
[00:36:43] Speaker A: We'll be right back with more insight, inspiration and real conversations. This is Spanish Janice on NOW Media Television. And we're back. I'm Janice Burt and you're watching Spanish Janice. Let's keep growing together.

Now Media TV is available wherever you are. Welcome back to Spanish Janice. We are closing today's conversation with as you know what I've always known with the amazing, incredible Jackie Woo.
And Jackie, you've mentioned several times on here that a lot of your growth and the changes that you've been through in life have been due to or thanks to some mentors and coaches.
So first of all, how do we find mentors and coaches? What is the best way?
And then how do we use them throughout our growth journey?
[00:38:26] Speaker C: Definitely that's very interesting and important question.
I would say that when I look back at my journey without my mentor and my coaches, I definitely would not be here with you today.
And so as the important topic of looking for a mentor, I do believe that when you out there to reach out to find the right one, you need to know that what do you want first? What is your goal? What is the timeline? And most important, would that particular mentor or coaches have your best interest at heart? Just like life mentor and coaches come as like a box of chocolate, different flavor. And the main thing is whichever they want and you want has to be alight, right? And then if you work in a company sometimes they may assign the mentor for you, but you need to know whether there's a conflict of interest.
Some company assign a mentor, the mentor does it because they are asked to do but they don't want to do that can be really negatively impact your growth in life. When you get a chance out there to go and then reach out to the mentor, you need to know. I think it's very important thing. One of the element is the mentor have to be financially secure. Especially they are business owner or a vendor or entrepreneur because without the burden of financial insecure on their end.
Be able to think that work for them first. And so if you're curious on the detail on how and when best for you to find a mentor, you can always reach out to me. And I'm gonna give you my cell phone number here because this show is my dear friends Janet show in here.
My cell phone number is 650-382-2236.
Again 650-382-2365 or if you want, you can also reach out to me at my website treasurelife journey.com treasurelife's journey.com
[00:40:57] Speaker B: treasurelife's journey dot com I love that and.
[00:41:25] Speaker C: Thank you.
[00:41:28] Speaker B: Thank you so much. Jackie. I love the fact that you have given your phone number when we're talking about mentorship and coaching.
I mean how generous and amazing.
One thing I do want to ask you. So you're on this path and you're working a lot because that's a lot of of gigs and you're pulled in a lot of directions.
How do you prevent burnout in your own life to where you're balancing all of the business demands with your own physical, mental and spiritual wellness?
[00:42:12] Speaker C: Wow. Now that is a million dollar question. Good job Janice for thinking of that question.
Because right. Like people say in the entrepreneurial and professional hustle is a need. Right. So overwhelming and burnout seem to be involved with it. I don't believe in such thing.
He's for me to simplify things especially if you are the entrepreneur, inspired engineer or professional, you know how much work it can take in. Right. But one thing that really helped me for most of the conversation I have with the potential client or the potential collaborator, they know for sure.
There's only one chance, one conversation they have with me. I'm not interested in follow up. I don't do follow up. I don't do email LinkedIn change to stay in touch. And because of that decisiveness and the quickness closing with the speed of light for me business is fun. I got so many referral, I go into the network, I get so many people in just one conversation talk. If we work together, perfect. Let's share the journey. If not, I move on.
We need to get involved with the downright negotiation, the price point that just have to come over and then the lengthy follow up.
There is no burnout because my first conversation is always fun. Remember when you do dating the first time, when you do the dating, the first meeting is always fun. You can pretty much tell whether that person would be a good one to go next. What is the point trying to follow up with them when they're not a good match anyway?
So by learning how that you'll be able to get the yes in just one conversation on the spot. And that way is the fastest way for you to land your highest opportunity. You look at life in full of potential and it's here for you to get a yes. It's here for you to contribute without having to burn you and make you feel that why there are so much admin workers to do.
I hope it makes sense.
[00:44:28] Speaker B: It makes sense, but I have questions, Questions, Jackie, I have so many questions.
So I understand going in, doing your prep work, knowing your client, knowing if they're the decision makers, doing all of that, but you're saying no follow up, not even to talk about pricing or what like negotiating what that is going to look like. That is all baked into that very first phone call or conversation that you have.
[00:45:02] Speaker C: Yes. So let's say that now when you put it that way, Janice, depend on the industry, right? The entrepreneurs. And let's say that this for the entrepreneurial ship itself, right? Some industry have a very long close sale cycle. Let's say that Realtor, broker, if we're thinking about purchase of home, let's say a million to 5 million, it's very rare that it can close in one conversation. It can, but usually standard wise speaking probably takes several. So when I work with many of the agent, the retail I work with, I help them instead of having to draft very long 20, 30 conversations, perhaps they can just do two or three and get it done. Because they find the right buyer, they're ready to buy, they have the fund to buy the decision maker. All that the realtor needs to do is find the right house within that element and close the cell, right? But beside that, most of the professional, most of the entrepreneur, that in the line that I usually accustomed to, right. Is the one that let's say that just one conversation would do. For example, many of my clients are executive. They either the cfo, CEO, co founder, that want to work a little bit on their self confidence. Right on like maybe overcome the past experience they have. So when they go out there, they share their message. Not only they are powerful, but they feel peace within themselves, right. And they also know that, that what they do is inspiring. They can build a legacy, right. With that element.
They don't have to do a follow up with me, just one conversation. I talk with them, I want to know what are their mission, what do they want to do, right? What the timeline they want to achieve it. Are they the decision maker? Do they need to bring their spouse in to make a decision? If they say no, then then they and I can make a decision. And then the program that I offer, different price point because it's customized program, they come comfortable with the price point. If this is the price point, they're not comfortable, then maybe go to the next one. Because my coaching program can last from just one day all the way to two and a half years depend on how extent and what do they do with that one. Right? And so because of it, I think that the process should be simply fast because I always put myself in the shoes of the customer and if I have problem, if I have a tooth, I want to find a dentist to get rich in one conversation versus they have to have me come back and three to five times. And therefore I believe that if all of us will be able to learn how our communication can be so persuasive, can be so motivated, inspiring and we qualify the opportunity well, we should be able one in one conversation or even in long, long sales cycle, we'll be able to cut down 90% of unnecessary step. And then that I believe would be the fastest way to achieve go in life. And again, Janice, like you mentioned, I don't give out my cell phone. But you're such a dear friend and I love your audience.
I've been in their shoes and now I'm on the other side. I would love to give them my cell phone again.
Just reach out and just say hello.
6503-8223-6565-0382-2365 or treasurelize journey.com Treasurelize journey.com Hope to see you there.
[00:48:54] Speaker B: That is so kind of you. And we're almost out of time, but very quickly I want you just to talk to your younger self, to the Jackie who was scared and timid and all the changes were going on in your life. What do you want to tell that young Jackie today?
Wow.
[00:49:21] Speaker C: Now that is a very important question.
I will tell the farmer. Jackie, don't worry, it'd be okay. You have what it takes to achieve greatness. And that greatness is defined by you, not by anyone else. And so just go out there, experience life, do the best that you can. If your share not resonate with people, perfect. They be in the circle so you all will move together, enjoy life. If not, then it is the way it go. We don't have to be all the same. Life is a box of chocolate. Have fun and enjoy every moment. Don't be so fearful. There's nothing to be feared. People are kind, people are nice. Just like Janice. Just like our Stephen production here. Just like many people in the world.
And remember, Jackie, if you would like, imagine life just like a pyramid. You want to go into the top of the pyramid. It's a 1% of the top of the world. You had to go through 99% of the worst challenging or something that's not worthy of you. So move through the negativity fast. If not next, move on. Because the right person, the right friend, the right mentor of the top 1% cannot wait to welcome you. So have fun.
[00:50:59] Speaker B: I cannot end the show on a better note, so everybody take Jackie's words to heart. Go out there, have fun. Climb that pyramid. We'll see you on the next Spanish Janus.
